| Sand, Seal, Paint and Coat: |

| We sand and seal the floor, layout and paint the lines, boundaries and artwork. We will provide another coat of sealer over the paint. Then we will apply 3 coats of “Center Court” over the system. |

We provide all labor, supplies, materials, school name lettering with a standard size 2-color logo, providing you have the artwork for the logo. If the school would like to step up the graphics, like oversize Tip Off logo and additional lettering, you should budget accordingly for the materials and labor to accommodate additional costs.
Deep Screening and Coating: This process is normally used to remove excess coating, in a situation where the floor is due for sanding but will not tolerate another sanding cycle. The industry life span of a quality wood gym floor is around 40 years. Engineered wood flooring systems initially cost less to install but have a shorter life span, as they will tolerate only 1 or maybe 2 sanding cycles prior to replacement. At the end of the floor’s life cycle, instead of replacing the floor (very expensive) we can Deep Screen, seal, repaint and coat the floor instead. Redesign of graphics and color changes can be done at that time, but with some painting constraints, as previous painted lines will be visible after the deep screening process. Because this is a labor-intensive system, the cost is about the same as a complete sanding process. But if we consider the $100,000 plus investment for a new floor, it is a nice alternative for budget conservation.
