| Annual Application: Watch Video Preview |
Our best selling system is an annual application of Center Court urethane coating in combination with quarterly deep cleaning and burnishing services. Once per year we thoroughly clean and prepare the gym floor for application of 2 coats of “Center Court” urethane coating. Application requires only one day and the product is fully cured in 24 hours. Your complete downtime is less than 48 hours; meaning that you can coat at any time of the year. You are not limited to the traditional summer or winter break applications. This allows you to take advantage of our off-peak time discounts. Some of our clients choose to save both time and money by closing their gym for the annual application on a Saturday afternoon and having full use of it again by Monday morning.
At your election coating can be followed by up to three (3), pre-scheduled return visits (Scrub & Buffs) to assist you with the heavy cleaning and rebound your floor to a new look Our system has proven itself over and over again for exceeding quality results at an affordable price.

| Single Coat Process: |
| Occasionally we have a request to apply 1 additional coat of urethane across a gym floor at mid-year. The preparation is the same as the annual coating but the cure time is shorter depending on humidity conditions and temperature. Generally 16 hours cure is enough for a single coat process. The cost is 60% of the 2-coat process |

Other Coatings:
At your request, we will apply coatings other than Center Court. Our technicians are trained to apply Hillyard, Bona-Kemi, Magee, and other manufacturer's coatings. We can purchase and apply the product of your choice or bid your job as labor only. Either way you save your labor budget for other projects while maintaining your current supplier relationship.*
(*This service is not available as a part of our Premiere Customer Program. Other coatings do not respond to interim cleaning and burnishing services like Center Court.) |
